Description:

This little fawn was not more than a few hours old when another hiker told me about her. She was one of two her twin is back to back to her like ying and yang. As I photographed her from a distance with a 400 mm lens soon she stood, focused on me and started towards me. I walked and she followed so I led her back to her twin and left the little imprinting baby to wait for her mother, whom she would find a better imprint fit. I went back about 30 minutes later and Mom and babies had moved on.
